By accessing or using SF Park Smart (the "Service"), operated by Saros Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
SF Park Smart is a notification and payment service for San Francisco parking citations only. We monitor San Francisco's official parking citation database and provide:
Important: This service is for San Francisco parking citations only. We do not monitor or handle moving violations, traffic tickets, or citations from other jurisdictions.
Database Timing: San Francisco's parking citation database may take up to 10 days to update after a citation is issued. We check the database daily and will notify you within 48 hours of a citation appearing in the database. However, this means you may receive notification up to 12 days after a citation is issued.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that we will detect all citations, notify you of all citations, or prevent late fees. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
No Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saros Technologies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Free Plan: Basic notification service is provided free of charge.
Auto-Pay Plan: The Auto-Pay subscription costs $5 per month plus $8 per citation plus the citation amount. When a citation is detected, we will charge your payment method on file for the citation amount plus our $8 service fee.
Payment Authorization: By subscribing to Auto-Pay, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for:
Contest Window: When we notify you of a citation, you have 24 hours to indicate that you plan to contest it. If you do not contest within 24 hours, we will automatically pay the citation using your payment method on file.
Maximum Amount Cap: You may set a maximum ticket amount cap. We will not automatically pay citations above your cap without your approval. We will not pay booting or towing fees without your explicit approval.
Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@sfparksmart.com to request a refund.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive notifications until cancellation takes effect, but Auto-Pay will be disabled immediately upon cancellation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Saros Technologies LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
